Lupine share a number of traits in common with each other.
Ability Score Increase. Your Constitution score increases by 2.
Age. Lupine have lifespans comparable to humans. They enter adulthood in their late teens and usually live less than a century.
Alignment. Lupine society is extremely pack-oriented. A Lupine owes his life to his pack first, and his king second. Lupine tend to be extremely lawful; where you rank in the pack’s hierarchy means everything in Lupine society.
Size. Your size is Medium.
Speed. Your base walking speed is 30 feet.
Running on all fours. When you take the dash action on your turn, you move an additional 1.5x your walk speed rounded down instead of 1x your walk speed.
Heightened Senses. You have proficiency in Perception skill checks.
Darkvision. You have darkvision out to 60 feet.
Immune to lycanthropy. While Lupine are distinctly different from lycanthropes and shifters, their physiology renders them immune to their curses.
Languages. You can speak, read, and write Common and Northern (Lupine).
Wolf lupine are larger and stronger than their coyote brethren.
Ability Score Increase. Your Strength score increases by 1.
Natural Bite Attack. You are never considered unarmed. You have a natural bite attack which you are proficient with. Your bite attack deals 1d8 piercing damage. If you succeed on your attack roll you can take the grapple action as a bonus action.
Frost Resistance. Wolves are native to the harsh winters of Velhyme. Their thick coats grant them a natural resistance to the cold.
Coyote lupine are smaller and faster than their wolf brethren.
Ability Score Increase. Your Dexterity score increases by 1.
Natural Bite Attack. You are never considered unarmed. You have a natural bite attack which you are proficient with. Your bite attack is a finesse weapon and deals 1d4 piercing damage.
Quick nip. Whenever you take the attack action, you can make an extra attack with your bite. This attack stacks with the fighter’s extra attack and similar class abilities granting extra attacks on a single action. You never add your relevant ability and proficiency modifier to the Quick nip bite attack.
The nose knows. When making a perception check that relies on smell, you add double your proficiency bonus.
